The killing of suspect flagged/GCC pods does not seem to generate killrights. Killing pods legal or not should generate killrights. Please tell me this is not a feature.

This is going to make getting killrights pretty hard. Its already much harder than pre-patch. I wan't the killright "marketplace" to be fluid enough to be relevent.

Killing pods in eve has always been the "####" move keep it that way. If I pod you you should get killrights on me and vica versa.

I am not sure if I am going to log in anymore.......

Erm, what? Killrights has never been linked specifically to pods and killrights have never been given for killing a legal target.

I understand this. I am saying that with the new changes killrights are awarded for 2 things GCC in highsec Podding in lowsec. If I happen to shoot you first in lowsec my pod is now fair game your pod however is not. We may have both come to fight.

The point is if we want killrights to actually be a feature rather than an afterthought we need a way to earn em otherwise its pointless. I think podding is a good way to achieve this.

I may be wrong, but regardless of who shoots first, you still get a criminal flag for podding in low sec.

With the increase in shiptoasting, the Report timer needs to be shortened.

Killrights for killing a suspect/criminal pod would lead to massive exploitation so they aren't very likely to happen.
