18th of December is a week before Christmas... this should be a provisional deadline for you guys :)

that's 10 weeks, 3 days... or 53 work days... or 371 work hours

get 30 people on it you'll have over 11 thousand man hours to get these changes implemented.

It's gonna be tough... need a planner?
