i know c2's get twin statics, is it possible to get a c2 with a low sec static and a c3 static?

I have only ever seen lowsec/C2 and think the only C2 that has a C3 static also has a high sec.

Correct, if it's C3, then hi-sec. If low-sec, then the other is C2.

A C3 stat will come with a HS stat only and you will not find an empty WH like this, you will have to buy one that comes up for sale or evict the many small groups living in them.

like said C3 have only statics to Known spaces (high, low,null)

CCP it's time to remove Off Grid Boost and Put Them on Killmail too, add Logi on killmails .... Open that damn door !!
