Finding Faction blueprints

I am in 0.0 angel space. Where can i get a cynabal blueprint...? Do i scan a complexe and do it? can i get it from sanctums? Hubs? What exactly is my best chance of getting one. And is there a website for this? Thanks. Smile

Cruiser-sized domination rats drop them. Angel Mineral Acquisition Outpost also serves as the 6/10 and can also drop one.

Don't kill Angels nicking their stuff, rather become their friend and run missions for them. They actually sell those things in their LP store.

This is your most reliable source of a Cynabal BPC if you haven't run it. You can run it every 3 (?) months, and across the whole thing you get a Domination Target Painter, Cynabal BPC, and a CONCORD tag (plus the satisfaction of killing CONCORD).

To start it, talk to the agents Aton Hordner (in Egbinger, if you have good Minmatar/Republic Security Services standings), Arajna Ashia (in Sendaya, if you have good Amarr/Amarr Navy standings), or Ellar Stin (in Konora, if you have good Angel/Dominations standings).

It doesn't allow any ships above destroyer size, but allows T2 ships. My recommendation is to use an AF or Interceptor (I've done it in either). Also bring some ECCM, since you will face annoying ECM NPCs.

The beginning agents are agents in space, in egbinger there is a beacon on overview, warp there (shipyard maybe), then the agent will show up on overview (as long as you select agents in space on overview filter).
