There was no need to paint a picture of you. You had done that yourselves with you total lack of respect for all the other people living in wormholes.

And what I'm sure about is that if you keep on "trolling people to fight" by calling their mothers whores - one day you will find noone is coming to save you.

The mighty Wormhole Overlord has SPOKEN! Already you will find yourselves unable to access the Wormhole Overlords channel, the very heart and soul of all wormhole operations. Already you are being shunned by your peers in this all important channel where the entire w-space comes to cooperate and do bidding of our beloved Supreme Leader MisterAl tt1. Soon, our benevolent Overlord will isolate you from your friends and allies, using his silver tongue, his overwhelming diplomatic finesse and his unstoppable horde of Web fitted Legion pilots. You have been warned!

^nicely put.
insulting people into fighting you should not, and is not by most, tolerated in WHs.
personally i have suicide ganked people for far less.

Quote:
As far as respecting others go, we rolled out the carpet for you by blowing up your manticore. Then we showed our full fleet to you by having it sit on the other side of your hole. You had similar numbers online and active, we know this by our scouts reporting ship changes, but you never once came to fight. You sat behind your shields after pulling together a pretty respectable fleet of very similar numbers.

Not once did you come out to fight.

and when they did, you batphoned 3 alliances to save you.
before getting on your high horse, stop kidding yourself.

Grow a thicker skin. AQUILA INC had a null sec into Period Basis some time last week, Hard Knox opened into our chain and tried to ambush our returning nano fleet with an armor gang, like any self respecting w-space entity would do. Aquila got out from the trap but were locked out of our home system for a while, we got trolled by Hard Knocks and we trolled them back. Things became heated, profanity was exchanged and so on. However, in the end I'd rather fight and get trolled than evict someone and perpetually wonder why there are no more fights in w-space.

One thing you are forgetting jack. We were invaded. Our home was invaded. This wasnt some site running fleet or a group of pvp dreads we were in danger of losing here. Our very homes were under attack. So before YOU get on your high horse remember this one fact.

We will use whatever method, be it diplomatic, fleet comp, spies, or even a suicide run to take out enemy dreads to save our right to remain in wormhole space.

If you think for one instant that we will follow some honor bound unwritten rule or take a manly man high path and fight off the invaders ourselves, you are sorely mistaken. I am not ashamed to admit this. But I wouldnt have minded a fleet double our size to kick out the invaders.

When your home is threatened you do what you need to do to save it.

I still don't get why people are angry. It seems simple to me

1) Corp gets invaded

2) Corp getting invaded calls for help

3) Help arrives and saves their wormhole

4) Carry on in Eve the next day

This is how it works all the time. There should be no sour buttholes over this.

Speaking only for TL, but when we invade someones wh with the intention of removing their assets, we fully expect them to try and get as much help as possible to save them. There is no shame in doing whatever it takes to keep your wormhole.

No trolling please

Yo! People crying about smack talk. There's this feature on the internet called 'ignore' (or 'block' in eve online) Ever heard of it?

Guys, why keep this discussion ongoing? Let everyone play the game how they want it.

Some people like to smack talk in local, or dishonour fights, or blue-up with anything that moves, or they like to PvE only.. Whatever strikes your fancy. If you do not like their way of playing the game, get a group together and try and evict them. If you dont like the invasion or you like the invaded, help the defenders....

Some invade because of a corp ideal of policy, some invade because they want to fight, some invade out of boredom. If you smacktalk a lot or dishonour ransomes or agreements, you might find your home more quickly invaded ;) Bare the consequences.

But let's not dictate eachothers game. Lets do the talking with ships 'n guns.

however I just noticed that I just lost BS V because I am terrible, as well as my T3 skill.

also, Black Core Alliance - get ******. 91km of bubbles to wade through in a pod. no thanks. podded my alt as well.

will have a video up mildly soon with our retardedly hilarious comms.

The fight was incredible, and very close (I hate how killboards don't reflect what's actually going on in a battle). It was almost a full stalemate with both fleets trying to outwit the other. We each played a hand to engage and both enacted that hand.

If not for our hero bhaal the outcome could have been much different. I look forward to fighting HK again and maybe even along with them one day.

I'm a terrible writer but can give a full report from our side a bit later on.

J3rz11 sorry, guardians had to be first to go :(

oh yea man, hero bhaal definitely made the difference, our dread also began shooting your archon and not the bhaal - so we made some mistakes but great fight all around.

also, mad props for battle skiff.

I think we're going to put a fraps vid as well, and there's a part regarding our dread pilot in which I hope our TS audio is put in. I don't want to spoil the surprise but there's a reason he warped off and came back a while later.

I can agree that mistakes were made on our end too Blink

Good point. Multiple parties are getting worked up about a fight that happened a while ago, the aftermath of which was a mutual cease fire, GFs in local and an honorable withdrawal from Rage. I am under no illusion that there are bitter feelings about the whole affair, but the end was amicable enough and we should strive to keep it that way.

The thread got bumped initially for the link to the long, and only just recently released, official HK write up on the fight. A reasonable bump I'd think. It only turned nasty when MisterAl the butthurt showed up. (Followed by his loyal AHARM buddies...)

Well, I should have specified that the hostilities were not limited to just this thread. Some heated words were also exchanged on Reddit. We should just put all this behind us and pew.

Fun fact, all our invasion targets aswell as aharm's are called Rage... So that makes you as unique as mothership in a wormhole, right? Props for you for calling yourself the same as we have called countless other targets though P

Yours would be the first. But we could have dragged it on a long long time, so its not like it couldn't have ended differently. but i also i know that our CEO does not like evicting PVP entities so he was probably not a fan of keeping it going anyway.

And it wasn't your defense that held your hole anyway it was the some 80 pilots from VOC, SSC and Kill it with fire who fought your battle.

And a word of caution for you, now that everyone knows you batphone everyone you can find in arms length, other will be doing the same to you.

You logic is fantastic, you want to invade someone and then you expect them to either bring a fair fight or lie down and take it.

Ok lets say we didn't bat phone, lets say it was only us that defended our home hole. Our numbers in the fight was 47 pilots (the most pilots from anyone on our side i may add) and your side there was 91. Now please tell me honestly do you consider that a fair fight?
