I know I'd be upset if someone was spamming me with trade requests while I was trying to fit ships, update my market orders, or what not.

Why is it not an issue just because the OP claims to be a Jita scammer?

Something about shooting messengers would probably be apt to pay attention to right about now.

Actually, considering most scammers hide in stations and npc corps, this is the best way i've seen of declaring war on you scum. I've honestly, genuinely seen nothing more contemptuously tiresome than spamming the same tired tripe. If you want to scam, i'm down with that - but use your imaginations. Come up with something ingenious. Don't spam the hell out of local chat with your tired refrain. Scam like a sir!

SO is opening trade requests with the same person constantly breaking the rules?

If that is considered harassment then why is mining bumping not? Or any of the numerous ways to annoy people without actually doing anything to incur concord wrath or breaking the rules.

Play EvE how you want to play it and do not let others dictate how you play. Evolve your playstyle to protect yourself from others! Even in "PVE", "PVP" is there, lurking in the shadows.

I have been known to spam trade windows with spammers of Jita. It is quite satisfying when they convo you screaming about reporting me for it. It normally provokes me to open another trade window with them.

Careful, there will be an incoming message from CCP about not spamming trade windows since it might lag out the client. The victim might loose his ship... oh. wait... Cancel that!

As far as shooting the messenger - anyone that's visited Jita would love to shoot the messengers of all the macro and bot spam going on there.

OP: Thanks for bringing up a new sport to while away the Jita hours! Now the Jita scammers all have a way to station PvP with their fellow scammers!!

Because he has already explained how to not be bothered by it and because he hasn't been able to specify where the abuse is.

He says he's “locked down”, but doesn't particularly describe how.
