CONCORD exists solely to serve the interests of its signatories and not the other way around.

When those interests are not met, then unilateral action is required.

Just so I'm clear on your position, sir.... you're accusing Executor Heth of successfully pulling off an assassination attempt on his own person with sufficient skill so as to fool the major news services of the Cluster, claim that it is to increase his power base, and then implying that he's stupid?
