Because everything is perma camped in Amamake.

* The Gates
* The Stations
* The Belts
* The Planets
* The Moons
* The Sun
* The Anoms
* The Wormholes
* The Exploration Sites
* The Mission Space
* Your Insta Bookmark
* The POS's outside the bubble and spies inside ready to bump you out
* That Safe Spot you made last month. Oh yes. They know about it. They know and are camping it right now... Waiting.
* They are expanding into DUST and they know all the good Camp Sights.
* Outside your CQ standing there just waiting for that Door to open.

For the same reason they were blogging about how incursions weren't an obscenely large ISK faucet.

To be fair, it's pretty hard to cloak at the jita 4-4 undock Blink
Not particularly. Undock, warp, cloak. In total, zero opportunity to lock up, much less scan the ship. Works the same there as everywhere else.

Mag's wrote:
How does not being able to cloak at Jita undock, make the cloak unable to provide scan immunity? Like I said, why would you even try?
Try to scan, you mean? Weeell… sometimes, they just get sloppy, so it's worth a try. It's not like you'll waste a lot of time trying it — the “nuh-uh” is pretty immediate if it won't work. At any rate, it's a pretty academic question since you're able to cloak just as well on the Jita 4-4 undock as on any other (except maybe Jita 4-10), and since it's already impossible to scan anyone sane on any well-used undock ramp, cloak or no cloak.

Yes, a very simple reason: the stats and killboards of even the most persistent serial gankers show that the number of kills is minuscule and that the chance of being caught is pretty much nil.

Erm no, you just seem to think people in amamake can see through cloaks or something.

But this time there are actual proof KillMails, unlike the lack of legitimate Incursion data.

…that show an increase from nil to nil times two. End result: the chance is roughly nil. Oh, and there was no lack of legitimate incursion data — just a lack of data showing the message they wanted to convey, which is why they had to get the word out in an attempt to create an alternate reality.

Know what I see when I look at that board. Cap Ship kills flanking Freighters 2+ to 1. Is there a Capital Ship Death epidemic too?

I dunno. I don't see nearly as many freighters as I used to , if so , the propaganda campaign must have been successful.

But yeah, that whole Incursion Thing was a crock.

and just like now, they will never know because you will be cloaked and align almost as fast as a frigate.

This is negated at station undock.

which is why you make undock bookmarks.

Try that in Amamake Smile

Indeed. I was trying to get them to the point, where they understood that fact. Big smile

Of course not. The freighter pilots are scaring themselves with stories about nasty evil pirates lurking in the shadows. Meanwhile, anyone with a clue makes bank from getting more bulk orders on the market with less competition. Twisted

I just see it as compensation for losing my silly-good safe Orca, so it's all good. I certainly understand the “bah, buff idiocy why don't you?!” sentiment since it definitely does that, but still… I see the BRs as a better option than DSCs since they have a lower cargo capacity and one of the things that made the Orca so silly was the sheer amount of stuff you could cart around risk-free.

That said, DSCs could use something too to make them a viable choice for… something… anything.

okay ima give you a protip (tip from a pro) here so it goes like this you see

you undock with all brackets enabled and see if any warpable celestial is inline with the undock

if there is one, you bookmark the undock, instawarp to that celestial, warp back to your undock BM at 100, delete the old undock bookmark, create a new one and keep doing that, rinse and repeat until satisfied

This we know.

The point is to do it in Amamake without getting popped as soon as station exit is made, before cloaking.
