How long does it take for petition to get answered?

I have a record of having several of my and my alts petitions last 2+ months without reply, some more.

Yup, its a comedy allright.

First CCP Navigator cuts all contact. After more than a month without answers on multiple mails, petition time.

Then petition gets ignored as standard "MO", (note to myself, gotta get me that customer support rule book).

Write to support (billing and acc. department) about expired account access and kindly slip in the real problem.
Wow, a response, or an error, not quite sure. GM forwards it to customer support. Small victory right there.

CCP Phantom drops a line 2 times, somebody will handle it. Got my hopes up...a bit.

20 days after that, another reminder to the petition.
CCP Eterne answers, somebody handling this is in Shanghai. Somebody else in CCP is "suitably horrified" about this.

That was a month ago, guess they are still "suitably horrified" about this. 4 mails ignored in the meantime.

If it helps, my main is in Goonswarm. If its not helping, then my main ISN'T in Goonswarm. (cant hurt to try both ways)

Funny or tragic development, still trying to figure this out. :)

Won a G510 keyboard in AT-X on  21.07.2012. Still not delivered, CCP keeps quiet. Customer support needs a raise.
