Extended downtime on Tuesday, December 4, from 09:00 to 11:35 UTC for the deployment of EVE Online: Retribution. For more information please refer to this news post.

We are very excited to bring you all these new features. Feel free to discuss the deployment in this thread.

About patch notes. It says npc ai changed in missions and belts. But what about anoms and sites? That would be cool tho if they would stay the way they was.

You could have warned us earlier about the early-start of the DT, and maybe shared it on other more frequently visited sites than the news-page.... I mean, by the time I got home, it's DT and my skills are running low - and maybe I could have set new skills, if somehow I would have been warned about the early-start.

Have you read ANYTHING??? There have been stacks of warnings. We've all had more than sufficient warning about early downtime, I've known about it for days now.

I'm reading back, and I've found a facebook-hint, and a "news-element" from yesterday... Well, seems like **** happens, when I'm not 24/7 on the web...

Ok what the ****.

I know time dilatation is a thing now but i'm pretty sure there is at least an hour since i checked the clock last, not 20 minutes..

You guys forgot to mention in the patch notes how big the patch is.

Also, I heard rumors they're using the extended downtime to lash back at player POS, Outposts and other structures throughout New Eden as a Retribution for Burn Jita and Jita Riots events.

The CSM XI Election are now open until March 25th, 2016. Consider Niko Lorenzio for CSM XI.

Blockade Runners are now immune to cargo scanners.

Are you sure you didn't got your Deep space transports and Blockade runners mixed up, it happens.

Blockade runners can fit covert ops cloak, which is very handy to avoid schip scanners, why the extra immunity ?

(you can't cloak exiting the station but that is why you have a bookmark of the station, for insta warp)

If the cargo scanning immunity is supposed to be on Deep space transports, I won't blame you for mixing them up, it happens.

There was another thread about this, they affirmed it's meant for blockade runners and not DSTs.
No, it doesn't make sense, you're right about that.

But of course DSTs have the tank.
How often you guys even bother to scan Occators/Impels?

How often do people actually fit a tank instead of cargo expanders?
