Where is it?

I placed an order with the eve store. The store took my money and hasn't sent the items ordered.

I've sent numerous emails over the last MONTH and not one has been replied to.

I've replied to other threads about this same topic and haven't been replied to.

CCP where's my stuff?

That shouldn't be necessary. It's an online store and has nothing to do with the game. It has always had these problems and was in need of restructuring to bring it in line with current standards of service.

Glad to see you being able to handle the issue in a mature way. A closing store having a final sale, selling out some products and having trouble with the increase customer service certainly warrants insulting their employees and a regequit from an entirely separate service. Good job.

Random storage room in office building, employees on part time assignment running the store, way to many people have the keys, causing perpetual problems with inventory. Shared responsibility (LOL).

That's exactly what I feel happened. The products ordered were taken by employees. They're now telling me that the items weren't in stock when I placed the order. I've built enough stores to know that the software knows how many it's sold and how many should be in stock.
