Null Anomalies; minimum serp tank?

I find myself out in null with a character I inherited from a friend. I'm a little unfamiliar with armor tanking, but I'm trying to fit a gallente battleship, preferably T1 at this point, with armor tank vs Serpentis. So far, most of the fits I come up with have 2-3 specific active hardeners, a T2 or faction armor rep and end up in the low to mid 400-ish range on tank.

Is that too low for forsaken hubs, havens, etc? Maybe somebody could toss up some sample tank stats (for domi/hyperion/mega)? Goal here isn't "spendy" (at first), but more of something a startup character w/ around 20m SP can use to solo the anoms.

forsaken hubs you can get away with t2 rep, 3 hardners, my personal recomendation is a megathron, ab in to the spawn point and blast every thing that spawns to bits and deploy sentrys
