What really bothers me is that CCP Falcon stilled pointed him to the job postings. Really man? Really?

I'm of the personal opinion that everyone deserves the chance to both redeem themselves, and find a job they love to do.

I've worked as a project manager and worked on personal skill development in the past. I find it fulfilling to take people with bad motivation and no skills, and turn them into solid, reliable hard workers with a skilled trade behind them. Smile

I find it fulfilling, meaning I personally feel a sense of achievement and enjoyment when I help people and see them do well, and as a trainer, this is what I've done in the past.

Way to twist someone's words? Maybe read before you reply?

Just sayin'. Blink

I've worked with people like that but their job title was Correction Officer and we had to respond to them as 'Sir'.

I meant to post more in the last post but I was needed for something at work (take note that I work before I play).

This has actually peaked my interest now and I have many questions.

What kind of position would you actually consider somebody with no real experience or training for? Would it just simply lower on the wage chain like working in the call center?

How often have you chosen somebody like the OP over somebody who is more emotionally neutral and average working or even emotionally secure and meets the requirements?

I know that not all of these become a success story, so how many times have you been burned by these personality types?

My faults? Scatter brained, unfocused, easily starts multiple projects and never finishes, and overloaded on current work at times.

Pros?
Very creative, loves tweaking things and working with new stuff every day instead of same old stuff every day.

No that's you with the whole looking for my lost dog bit to avoid work. Try to think of what the opposite of you would be.

I used to buck hay too. Was a carpenter up until the housing/construction crash, drove a hay delivery truck after, 32ft F250 flat, during the recession some years ago before you started grammar school Lol
Yes, drug use is a must when soliciting career opportunities. It might also give you the edge if you start adorning women's underthings.

I´d rather have Micheal get the Job, the correction officer thing made me laugh and be noticed at my miserable cubicle and even the boss eyed me angrily +1 for that! Big smile

Those little snippets of joy I get off the forums are what usually make the loss of my sick dog more endurable. Sad

That would probably fall under #2. And stop lying, you obviously have the time to visit internet websites because you are on this one right now.
