Have you returned after a long break? If not, why should CCP move your ships for you? If yes, they're usually pretty good about this.

Well this is also basically CCP's approach on it.

You are responsible for your own actions + usually you aren't kicked out of your space over night (specially with stations and their timers).

So unless you can proof you have been away from the game for months, CCP won't likely move you

Frigate
MWD
Afterburner
Cloak
Some stabilizers for short time-to-warp

Warp to 100 at an asteroid field at a planet not possessing a gate and not on a line between your target gate and another gate
Warp to 100 to your target gate
Someone there?
y - warp away, try again later
n - continue

Fly out another 100km so the gate is around 200km away, preferably at right angles to possible warp-in paths
Create bookmark. Call it "gate check (system target gate leads to) 200km" or something like that
Warp to gate, jump
Caught in bubble trap?
y - wait out gate cloak, run back through gate, try again later
n - return to beginning of rubric (asteroid belt to next target gate)

Side note: How the bloody hell did you literally have a permanent base in a null system without having warp safety points, a station exit jump for every station in a five-system radius, and gate inspection/safe-jump points for at least the entire path to high-sec? That's what we in the business (of not dying all the time) would call being terminally unprepared.

Alternately, talk a lot in local while you're cloaked, sometimes people will just let you through, not like a random frigate is a big-boost to the killboard nonsense that most campers go in for.

Hey mate

Tribe dude here.
Convo me ingame as soon as you can and I'll see if I can set you up with some access to the med bay.
I send you a mail as well.

Actually can someone run a locator on him and see which station he is in?
I will just lower the medical facility standings requirement.

Thanks for the kind offer, I will try to convo you next time I see you on.

Also my thanks to everyone who offered suggestions; Sadly I can only fly a basic frigate so I will hold tight in the station until I can talk to Ammzi.

With luck I can escape and write off the ISK loss as lesson learned Lol

If you have had an inactive account for more than 6 months you are pretty much likely going to get accepted to have yourself, your ship and anything in its cargohold to lowsec. Especially if you ask nicely. Though I would just sell the stuff on contracts for a firesale price, and med taxi out as usually getting stuff to highsec is a pain without blue status. But that is just me Lol

You can try to go the petition route, but I would personally just slip out in a shuttle or at best a frig with mwd and stab during the time of lowest server population. (you may have to accept that you must leave your ships behind)

Im personally blessed (or cursed) to live in a timezone that I can comfortably play during the hours before downtime, when population is lowest. I have found its very easy to move stuff at this time, even at the most popular locales of null.

hints:
- plan your route beforehand using dotlan or similar map
- When the time is right, log in, have a cursory glance that there isn't a fight going on outside station or anything, then immediately undock, and warp away. Its highly unlikely that theres anyone to react to a sudden appearance of a neut in local. Don't give people time to react by hanging around docked at the station. Once you get away from the station youre already half good.
- If possible, use planet customs depots for warping to at 100 as safe turnabouts.
- If there are people in the system, warp to a planet near a gate and have a scan to check there arent warp disruption bubbles at the gate or in vicinity. If there are, you should log off and try again at another time. Preferable method is still to warp straight to the outgates and not give people time to figure out who you are and what youre doing. If you start warping safespots in every system, someone might come after you from the systems you passed.
- To do safest log off, warp to a distant planet (preferably customs depot) and logoff while mid-warp. This will cause your ship to do the 1 mil km emergency warp when it reaches the planet, making your ship next to impossible to catch unless you had a criminal flag on you, or there is a good prober at readiness at the place you warped to.
- The biggest hurdle and most dangerous place will always be the gate that marks the entry to lowsec from null. This gate is most likely to have a camp on it, and since its null they may have a bubble on it. So always check with scan whether theres anyone at the gate before you warp there. If you do it at off-hours though, youre likely to get thru without a hitch.

The important thing is to be quick about it after you log in. Dont let people time to wake up. I hope this was helpful, this from someone who flew a jumpclone in similar situation away from middle of russian drone regions once :D I didnt have to do it, but I did it for fun. (and it was quite easy)

Er, I could be wrong, but can't you set your home station under medical to anywhere you've been, remotely? Pretty sure I did this recently. I needed to get to highsec in a hurry, had already jumped recently so I set my home station to a highsec one and suicided.... BAM--highsec. Why don't you just do that? And put all your items into a currier contract. You will lose the clone your in but that's just the way she goes sometimes...

edit: ah nvm, no access to the medbay

Cool!

I used the info in reverse to find my way into null. Having fun for the second day. Glad you are out!
