Needs better sound quality, and by that I mean higher resolution and more clarity. Also it's a bit... predictable but certainly not bad at all.

100% success rate as trance then.

P.S. Is there a reason the waveform on soundcloud looks like a condom? It even has a reservoir tip. :D

Very retro. Can remember when stuff like that was cutting edge 20 years ago.

Don't mind me, i'm admittedly an electronic music snob. P You're doing great for someone new to sequencing.

This is the best part about it. I grew up with 90s trance and dance music.

I love it, do you have more examples of your work? This is awesome :D

Same here. Although Industrial got most of my attention, i still have fond memories from a few raves, and bad memories of escaping raves the police decided to attend. Sad

If admitting to buying stuff off of iTunes is piracy, then I guess I'm red handed Smile

Well, you should focus more on equalisation and the details of the sounds you are using, they're a bit rough. Cutting a bit of highs in the charleston would be nice. It should sound well through any gear, any amp, any headphones.

The value of computer made music is only in the details of the sound you use; it creates the right atmosphere almost only through that. Melody, harmony and rythm above all in easy-listening music as this have usually no value, it is the sound you have to research and care of.

Well i started making the music in the end of july. I know i lack a few skills just becuase that takes time. Other then that you can look at my sound cloud for more stuff. Though its not as good as this becuase each song gets better and better.

Sounds like a soundtrack for a video of hang gliders for hang gliders, oversaturated, distorted and from the 90's.

But as Necran said, nice to see someone discovering sequencing though I don't care much for the track itself. :P

I kill kittens, and puppies and bunnies. I maim toddlers and teens and then more.

Well I don't hate it, it's ok for a start. Like some of my early synth stuff I cant bare to listen to anymore lol. Not that it's bad but just doesn't have that grow on you factor sort of like this doesn't either. This is a little too monotone for me, especially at that long midway point/bridge where it slows it down for just too long.

I think it's in need of re-mixing, shorten the bridge, maybe not repeat the chorus sections without using verse sections, even if shortened after verse 1. Repeating chorus without verse at least to me seems better near the end of the song. You could always break up the bridge and distribute them before some verse changes, though not too early on. But in general I'd break up the sections, shortening them, go with more than just one verse and distribute among more added sections.

Does this mean trance isn't dead yet? hehe

I'm in it for the money
