With all the omnipresent Kerfuffle about BC V and Destroyer V, it is predictable to happen sooner or later.
However as the skill changes have not been connected 'timewise' to the rebalancing plan, has anybody seen any info whether HAC V or CommandShip V would be the next to become racial skills?

T2 skills have nothing the do with the T1 progression changes and are not being touched.
