May not be an issue with CCP, I never took into account that teathering your computer to your smartphone you will suffer the lags and disconnects due to data throttling by your provider, after a set amount of data usage your provider slows you down to a trickle so instead of 3G I'm getting like 1k showing thus EVE lags because your data connection is fowled up by your provider, the only way to not have that issue is keep your data usage down below where your provider won't throttle you, not sure if it in turn effects CCP servers by CCP server saying OH 116.87.098 can connect at dial up speed so it services that address at reduced speed because it "believes" your connection can only handle X amount of data.
CCP what do you think???
