Thing is, thers nothing on it and all the testing takes place on buckingham anyway.

if they did not want anyone on it they would not have it open to them.
so they have a lot of players waiting to get reactivated so they can also play on it.

Pretty sure it has been only open for the Eve Open teams to practice in a TQ environment..

well all my toons are on sisi for the last few weeks its been on and still on it.
feel sorry for all the players being made to wait so long.
not fair to them.
