Allow capital guns (8)


+500% targeting speed per level
+100% damage per level

Keep current cargo hold bonus per level

Make all freighters pink



Before an ISM brutalises my thread by issuing an insta-lock:

2) would you still do it if I was sitting in one of the above??

capital guns would be completely usless against SB and cruisers which a suicide ganker would be using. if your wanting them for defence.

To answer your second question, yes I would still do it because you wouldn't be able to hit me.
