Whilst trying to give my light electron blasters a charge (anti-matter) it refuses to add the ammunition. Does anyone know the reason for this? I also had the same problem attempting to do the same on my Tristan (I have all the requisit skills trained, the ships aren't underpowered and have enough CPU)

Thanks for your help in advance.

Is the charge the right size?

The antimatter will need to be the SMALL type for frigate guns.

The name of the item you want is "Antimatter Charge S"

If you are using a cruiser, then you are hopefully using the medium guns. In this case, you need the ones called "Antimatter Charge M"

Failing that, look at the attributes of the weapon, and see what it says under charge info. Match that to the market section you buy from.

Ya the only reasons I can see for this not working is that....

-You have the wrong size ammo (as antimatter IS a hybrid ammo)
-You are trying to use the assets window when things cannot be interacted upon directly with via assets (It has to be the items hanger in your currently docked station or the current ship's cargo, if you don't see it in either of those places but you see it in assets then it's in another station and you need to go get it)

Generally its because you have the wrong ammo size/type for your guns when this happens.

Double check your guns ammo requirments by right clicky on their icon and seeing the ammo requirment.

Hope this helps.Big smile

Like the other said about ammo size.
But also make sure the ammo is in your ship cargo hold and its the correct type of ammo for the gun. IE Autocannons and Artiliers are projectiles etc.

Yes I concur, make sure you double-check the ammo size.

And make sure you don't have CIVILIAN electron blasters fitted as those have infinite ammo. Blink
