Hi all,

I have been running missions for the serpentis inquest corporation whom are part of the serpentis faction. I have done so up to the point where my standings with Serpentis Inquest is effectively 9.89, 3.45 with serpentis and 9.9 with all serpentis inquest agents.

Now there are 3 "event type" serpentis inquest agents in the system MN5N-X in fountain, my standings with them is 9.9. Now, according to the EVE wiki each pirate faction have 3 agents that will give limited run faction ship BPCs in exchange for tags.

These 3 agents are in the middle of space 25km from a stargate, one is in a vindicator, another in a daredevil and another in vigilant, and I suspect that each agent gives a BPC of the ship they are in exchange for tags. Now, like I said, I have an effective standing of 9.9 with these agents, yet they say they have no jobs available to me.

Can anyone explain this?

Does my standing with serpentis inquest also have to be 9.9? Or is it in fact the FACTION that I need a standing of 9.9 with?

You require the faction standing in order to get the BPC's.

Yep and getting the faction standing is far harder. I still have not reached 9.9 with Caldari I think I am 9.10 and it moves about .01 for most storyline missions. Might get .05 or so if it is a really good combat mission. What?

I feel dirty doing this, but please, please let "whom" just die a natural death. And if you are going to insist on using it, please only use it as an object pronoun and absolutely refrain from using it where "who" is actually correct.

Bah.

Anyhow, yes, just like all ship offers you need high faction standings. Otherwise they would just be free blueprint machines for anyone with a few days to spare.
