I can understand keeping your ship in space when you try and log off to prevent a ship loss...however when your disconnected for no reason other then your router decides that it want to at random do a hard reset this system could leave you without ship.

This was experienced by myself earlier while testing some of the New AI, had my ship been unable to tank for the duration it took me to get the router working and log on again I would be currently without ship, had this been on Tranquility I would be a very unhappy person as I would then have to shell out for another ship and fitting (given that it was a Apocalypse and my toon hasn't got a large amount of ISK is which to replace this).

Would it be a good idea to come up with some system to allow your ship to warp out while you reconnect.
If not I doubt the odds of CCP reimbursing people cause there ship popped while they were undergoing unexpected disruptions.

Shitposts so bad CONCORD gave me a 50 billion ISK bounty

Unless you're warp scrambled, you warp away when you drop connection. When you reconnect, you warp back in.

With the increase in shiptoasting, the Report timer needs to be shortened.
