BPO Locking no longer working?

I've got a problem with BPO Locking.

The first few BPOs I locked down worked fine.

Then I went to lock down a dozen or so BPOs and they did not lock down. Within a few hours you go and remove the BPOs other BPOs were unlocked the next day.

Looking at the the Corp Politics tab I have:

* The votes show a status of closed with a 100% vote for Locking down the BPO
* Under Sactionable Actions, I have the corresponding Lock Blueprint entry under In Effect and Acted Upon is Yes and expiration date is in the future, and Rescinded is no.

These blueprints all failed to lock down and I removed them from the hanger.

Anyone have any idea how or why this happened? And will these corrupted lockdown votes eventually flush themselves when they hit the expiration dates?

I suggest that you file a petition and get Customer Support to help you.

Bug report it too. We had it happen to one of our BPOs a few months ago. There seems to be some strange and unfortunately rare bug that causes them to be unlockable. It will look like it worked, except that it didn't. So the next day, everyone freaks because there's an unlocked BPO on the hangar floor.

Oddly, I've never had the issue on my alt (crosses fingers).
