New Eden Open tournament communication channel

So for the alliance tournaments the channel "Tourney Captains" is how the tournament organizers got in touch with the team captains before each match to make sure the teams were situated and all that jazz. Since communication is even more vital, with the ban and whatnot, Is that how it's going to work for this one as well?

To avoid creating another thread about this. Is there no AT-style stat and match tracking site for this either?

Is own3d hosting something like it?

Doesn't look like http://at.eve-ic.net/ is having any stats from these matches, so is there any other site that does? Also beside on stream is the bans posted somewhere else?
