Hi folks, sorry for the late replies. Holidays, family, personal stuff, etc has kept me very busy. But now its time to get the ball rolling again!

After 3 weeks it appears to be fixed, no idea what changed, but i'll take it.


Glad this is finally working for you. I guarantee nothing changed on the server since I haven't been able to touch anything for over a month. Holidays and all!

Yes, we could do this. However it would get pretty stale since we'd see the same top ships over that length of time. Top ships tend to be titans, and while its nice to see a 5 titans killed in the last 3 weeks, we might want to see that noob ibis with seventeen thousand plex in their hold. Or something like that. Everyone has a different preference and a week is a good solid compromise for just about everyone.

The battle reports are supposed to sort this way, but I somehow broke it a few months ago and haven't gotten around to fixing it. It's on my priority list to do atm.

Bootstrap in all their wisdom named a theme "default", when it may not actually be the default theme used on a website. zKillboard's default theme is actually "cyborg".

If you weren't logged in when you added the API there is no easy way to remove it other than to invalidate it via CCP's API tools. If you were logged in, simply remove it from your API list in your account settings.

I have no idea if this is an issue with my computer and I'm just a ****** or if it is on the websites end, but whenever I middle mouse click (open new tab) on a link on eve-kill/zkillboard it opens up the new tab but also loads the page on the initial tab. Again, probably not explained very well so Ill use screenshots.

Wanted to start by saying good work on zKill. It's very elegant and intuitive to use. I've got a suggestion I wanted to drop to you guys.

It would be neat to have a feature that allows you to combine killboards of multiple characters. Either by API linking - where you provide API links of two or more characters to link them and then a hyperlink is provided to the "combined killboard" when looking at the killboard of any individual character, or in a way more similar to battle reports where you can combine characters and save the custom hyperlink it creates.

I can't speak for others but as someone who PVPs on three separate characters I'd certainly enjoy the ability to see all my kills listed in such a manner.

first of all it´s a great site and my favourite to have a quick lookup. But i have a little problem.

Whenever i wanna lookup the Amarr system on zkillboard, you know how my way is to accomplish this? Via Google -.-
My problem is when i type in Amarr into search field because i wanna look for the system it shows my all possible suggestions beginning with them stupid Amarr Sentry Guns. Sometimes it works when i just hit enter after typing in but in most cases it shows already a mouse-hover-up on them damned Sentry Guns so hitting enter would of course show them.

You can fix this maybe?

Currently in the Wormhole forums there is a scourge of "Notable Corps" threads.

Can you be our hero and end this plague of forum badposting by adding to the Kills (W Space) page (and I guess the others as well) the Top Characters/Corps/Alliances/Systems/Ships for just W Space kills?

Hi,

is there a way to get "map.zkillboard.com" to work? At least in Chrome it doesnt work for me anymore. The map will load but no kills are displayed anymore.

Recently I went overseas, before I left Zkillboard was showing most of the kills accumulated over the years. (well better than most other boards :)) upon return there appeared to be kills missing worth over a Trillion, no titan kills and most of the supers were missing....surprise!!! I looked at stats and they showed 0 Titians and 5 supers but when i opened the related tab they still showed in there?
is this a glitch and if you are taking the kills from me please take the loses also......;)

However normally this is the best board going !!

Also you might be receiving a lot of error 500 when trying to get kills from specific times. Its kinda weird because if you skip a few hours it will work again.
Sadly I lost my annotations but you might have a log somewhere.

I got a question about the API. Is there a way to get the monthly stats (e.g. total kils per month) for a character by API call? I want collect this data for my corp and doing it manually is not an option.

OK after watching Zkillboard and these posts I have decided its being handled by a moron...pls donate ur time elsewhere that u can stuff things. No longer my board of choice....actually its pretty useless..!!
