Forum trolls etiquette

Hi all!

I am new into this game and I have noticed there are a lot of forum trolls here. Is there a guide I can follow to be like you or some etiquette requirements? Any tips

The EVE Online Forum has one of the smallest troll populations I have ever seen. We have lots of opinionated people some of which get called trolls by people who disagree with them. We have lots of smart asses and generally funny people as well that get called trolls by people lacking humor.

Their are a few troll threads in general that get locked pretty quick but that is about it. Not a lot slurs, homophobia, racism and hate around here. It is a pretty good community.

Be smart, be funny and think a moment before you hit post and most people will like you.

Also, find a phrase and use it a lot. Mine is "This thread is going places!". It applies to most situations. Smile

Learning by doing is the way to go.

Also, be aware of the FOTM: Nerf Ninja Looting is sooo yesterday, currently Nerf Miner Bumping-threads are en vogue, though Eve is Dying is an eternal classic.....
