Music Problem - playing 2 songs at the same time [buckingham]

When I start the game and enabled the music i am hearing 2 songs, the one in the jukebox i can shut off and another song i cannot silence.
I was doing a mission right now, hoping the use of a gate will change that but it only affects the "jukebox" songs.
How can i shut it off?
