Help needed for MicroRaffle site

I'm am currently designing a layout for a micro raffle site. It will function like any other micro lotto site however I will only be working with ISK no items. There would be a lotto built in which runs 24/7 generating random numbers for the win based on all the entries received, raffle's for isk which players can win and a bingo system.

If someone can help me with the build please let me know here or mail me in game.

I can do all the design side of the site as my work is based around designing anyway.
