i am not kidding around. I am looking for a pure pvp badass. There must be one out there. I am talking about all race race.

something like

25m gunnery
15-20m missile
50m space command


max navigation
8m mechanics
10m engineering
10m+ drones
10m+ elentronic

And as little indy skill as possible. Indy include pve **** like maurder 5.

For a truly perfect toon. I am open to breaking my budget and going further but thats got to be one epic toon.

On a serious note though OP, there simply aren't that many SP in PvP relevant stuff. You can 5 every single subcap hull and unlock every single subcap weapon system with perfect capacitor, shield, armour, navigation and gunnery supports for about 90m SP. From then on it's just getting gunnery specialisations or capitals. This idea that you'll have 13m SP in mechanics is absurd, you can't do that without getting into the indy stuff, mechanics is basically .25m mechanics, .5m hull upgrades, 2m compensations, .25m repair for a total of 3m SP for maxed out subcap.

amazing amount of sp. just a shame on what he used it on. I can see why he is asking 100b+ but to be frank, i have seen 130m sp toon that do more for me than his toon does. Not what I am looking for.
I won't pay 100b+ just for sp in many crap places
