Not a rage worthy issue. Bubbles can already be made ineffective by a conveniently fit T3.

Armor ships can fit that, of course it sucks.

Used to jump in to battle, not out of it.

Seen that way it allows you to go from 110km away to 10km and a bubble won't stop you from landing on top of a fleet.

But it does make blaster BS fleets still pointless as you just get a hero dictor to bubble them and shoot them at range

That's not how things work in EVE. You either have a hero dictor already in the fight or it's more monday morning quarter backing. You don't 'just go get' anything for a fight in progress. It's over before the dictor gets back. Besides, the MJD ignores bubbles. You need fleet tackle to stop a fleet from curb stomping you.

They MJD away (no, I don't know where would they get that PG).

If not for those penalties, this could be to large hull engagements what TD is for frig solo.

MJD effect disappears with cloak but there's a second or two between the last possible second you can engage MJD and when the cloak fully kicks in where the effect is visible. So they can see it in that time but it will disappear. So MJD + cloak trick might be interesting to see.

MJD ignores warp disruptors and warp disruption bubbles.

MJD does NOT ignore warp scramblers, jump disruption bubbles, or scripted warp disruption field generator.
The Mobile Large Jump Disruptor I description says "A Large deployable self powered unit that prevents micro jumping into its area of effect."
I don't know if that means it only disallows micro jumping INTO it, but allows micro jumping OUT of it.

With Micro Jump Drive Operation V (MJDO is a rank V Navigation skill) the drive has a 9 second spool-up time. It can be fitted to any battleship hull. It has 786 GJ activation cost, and uses 77 CPU, 1375 PG. It increases signature radius by 150% when activated.

Enjoying the rain today? ;)
