So Retribution expansion comes out same time as Far Cry 3

I think Skyrim made an actual dent for a few weeks because a huge number of people played it (including TheMittani and, well, me) and you could spend dozens or even hundreds of hours with it. Far Cry 3 will certainly not sell as well and will not take that much time per person, so there'll be no noticable impact on EVE from that game.

I'm not saying that eve is going to lose people. I am looking for solutions as to how I am suppost to play both at the same time.

farcry 2 was such a disappointment. No hopes for 3.
I would normally say missing the first week of a Eve patch would be for the best anyway. But so many "normal" games get released with showstopping bugs at launch now-a-days anyway. I doubt FC3 will be without troubles either. So doesn't matter what you do.

Well than the solution speaks for itself. Buy a mackinaw, go mine some roids, play Fallout, come back to see your mack has been bumped back into the sun.

Who would want to play Far Cry..

I played the first two on a friends X Box.

The part I enjoyed was simply wandering around exploring.

The shooting bit was boring.

Mind you, I could probably say the same about Eve.Shocked

So what?

Halo 4 came out election day, but we saw what a debacle that was.

Halo 4 affected the election?

low player count due to new games coming out?

has there actually been a day where ppl admitted low player count was due to ccp screwing up an update?

like theyve done for the past 4 years.

Not interested in Far Cry. No problem here.

Yes. The population dropped significantly on the Halo 4 release... but not for long. Turns out 343 really screwed the pooch.

I hope so. We'd have such a fantastically target-rich environment.

With all the farming that takes place in today's games I say it's about time they just cut to the chase. Blink

Easy fix. Dual or triple display setups work like a treat. Just don't try fleet action while playing Far Cry 3. You will cry.
