Getting my account mirrored on Buckingham...please

Hey,

I recently reactivated my EVE account after being unsubbed for awhile. I REALLY want to check out some of the changes on the Buckingham server, but it won't allow me to connect because (apparently) the last time Buckingham was mirrored, my account was unsubbed, therefore it still believes I'm unsubbed. Is there some way I can convince someone in CCP to pretty-please mirror my updated account on Buckingham so I can at least log onto it? Thank you so much.
