Hi all,

I have had an e-mail from Eve store saying that my shipment was sent on 29th October. I live in the UK. Does anyone know how long it normally takes for a parcel to get from the states to the uk, as it was sent UPS and i would have thought it would have been here by now!

Hi! It usually depends on which method the package was sent.

Most probably, it would take 7 to 10 days to arrive. However, sometimes customs holds up orders for 6 weeks or longer. Was a tracking or customs number sent to you along with the shipment date? Usually with UPS they are and you should be able to check on the package using it.

There wasn't any tracking number sent with the e mail. Its taken a couple of weeks to get a reply from the store as to when it was shipped!

I have e mailed them this morning for a tracking number. Hopefully they will reply a bit quicker than they have done so far. Then i can at least track the parcel and find out where it is.

Can someone tell me how im supposed to track my order which was shipped 2 weeks ago and still hasnt arrived? Seems a bit dodgy that there is no tracking number??!
