Thinking ofd setting up and ALT - Advise on what to start with

Hey Guys,

Im a relatively new player. So im thinking of setting up an alt solely for PVP.

I need to get an insight of what to begin training?

Do you think it is better to start with all the core skills, Electronics / Engineering /Navigation / Drones ETC to a high level, before going to into weapon/ship specialization?

He will just sit in station, until i have respectable skills to start looking for fights.

So yeah, your thoughts would be great.

Edit: Also what race do you think? Im tempted by Gallente or Minmitar, just to many options to decide.
