Localized Time on EVE Ingame Clock

I was sitting here thinking about it, and wouldn't it be great if we had a second localized time above or below the current one. Or maybe an option to switch between the two.

The other idea being that if you highlight the clock or a posted eve time in a mail it would give you your local time, any feedback/improvements anyone has would be great. This would be very handy i believe.

Do it right the first time and implement all world time overview of all countrys :p
