Bug in Windows 8

Hi,
please move this if this is the wrong place to post.

When installing in Windows 8, the generated links are missing text. I would attach a screenshot, but didnt see a function for this.

There's your problem. I do not believe, at this time, that EVE has been calibrated for the sub-par OS released from Microsoft.

Windows 8 is OS for tablets. And EVE is PC game.

While we do not officially support WIndows 8, if you do encounter any problems running EVE on this OS it would be appreciated if you could post them in the following forum thread:

These problems are not caused by windows 8. I would check for driver updates and stuff like that. Cause I am running win 8 from the day after she is released and haven't ran into issues yet. Not with eve or any other programs.

windows 8 runs one client of eve just fine - i run into issues trying to run 2 or 3 clients on one pc

Sorry, but this is 100% wrong, no idea who told you this.

All new "out of the box PCs" are going to be delivered with Win8.
Plus you can easily run Eve on all Non-ARM Windows tablets. No matter touch device or not, it runs smoothly on several tablets, still I recommend using a mouse.
