This is my first entry into the EON contest "8,000 Suns". It also serves as another musing piece, this time inspired by that EVE Future trailer from awhile back.

Socialising

Once you've done reading just some quick notes about whilst I was writing this:

- The "Bloodied Omen" drink is one of my favourite on the spot invention here. Obviously inspired by the Bloody Mary and obvious connotations of the Minmatar rebellion.
- The real exploration here is in how capsuleers might start to react with "baseliner" capable bodies again. In particular the thought which started this entire story was not the trailer, but just the idea of "What would a capsuleer do first if they could interact as normal people again?" Well the answer was of course... get even. Then maybe get laid, but not this time.
