AFAIK unlike highsec, I can shoot pretty much anyone, anywhere, anytime, without concord intervention or messy aggression timers. It's being under a permanent wardec! Big smile
We basically live under the same rules as empire-dwellers do when they have wardecs (don't rat with reds in local, or we will laugh our asses off when you cry for help), except since we live like this 23/7/365, it isn't a disruption to our normal operations.

Rat with reds in local and red supercaps within jump distance everyday

They haven't an idea. Not very chatty, though they do run about in frigates in lowsec.

I like this idea. I mean countries do not sell to enemy. We should be able to list items to sell to non hostile on standard orders. Makes a lot of sense. Hostiles will not like it. But Iran does not like it neither Cuba.
