--My previous offerings--

-Closed This was my first offering; I was unsuccessful in attracting investors.

- [Closed] [Filled] Fully Collateralized 2b bond, 9% 30 days This bond was filled entirely by BringNRain, Vaerah Vahrokha confirmed I returned the investment plus interest with an API check. The investor later confirmed that I returned the isk as well.
- [Closed] [Filled] uncollateralized 2b bond, 9%, 30 days This bond was filled by Makro SSRI via an in-game discussion. The investor confirmed that I returned the investment plus interest.
- [Closed] [Filled] Bond Offering - 5b @ 9% for two months This bond was filled by Blueprint Seller. The investor confirmed that I returned the initial investment plus interest in full.

--My Business--

I am a character trader, and have been trading characters actively for the past four months now.

--Why I am seeking an investment--

As with my previous bond, I am seeking additional isk to exploit any opportunities that may arise in the character bazaar. Over the last four months I have found that having about 20b isk on hand is ideal for the way I operate. 9b isk, combined with my current liquid isk would put me right where I want to be.





--Assets--

- 12.7b isk, liquid

- Various t1, t2, t3 and faction ships; as well as a small stock of t1, t2, faction and DED modules. Estimated value: 5.6b isk

- One character with an estimated value of 12b isk when training is complete. (medium term project)

- One character with an estimated value of 10b isk.

--Liabilities--

- I owe no isk or assets informally

- I have no outstanding debt obligations here on MD

--Risks--

- From the investor perspective, there is the possibility that I will run with the isk. I could swear up and down that this isn't going to happen, but as this is an uncollateralized bond, the risk is there in the eyes of investors.

- There is a possibility that I loose all my isk; barring a catastrophic meltdown of the character market, this is nearly impossible however.

- There is the possibility that I die unexpectedly.





- Please invest in increments of 100 million isk; other than that, there is no minimum or maximum amount that a potential investor is restricted to purchasing.

-The bond will last for 30 days. The interest rate of 8% will be paid in full along with the initial investment when the bond is complete. The total interest paid out will be 720 mil for the whole bond.

- I reserve the right to repay principal, plus interest in full before the bond fully matures.

Hey there BringN. My last couple of offerings have been uncollateralized, and without third party involvement.

I have considered the possibility of taking my loans private, or at least offering some sort of reserved placement for legacy investors (I will probably do this). The nature of my business is such that my isk on hand swings wildly from one day to the next. It would be nice to have a group of investors who I can go to and essentially say "I would like to borrow x amount at y interest for z time; are you interested?". I suspect that this is how most loans are made in eve; either privately between business associates or corp mates. The upside is that it is hassle free for everyone involved, the downside at least for the investee, is that a single investor or a small group of investors may become inactive or quit playing eve entirely. The investee, who has built up a partnership based upon mutual trust with these individuals is left in a bad position.

Also, I apologize to any investors who stumbled onto my bond thinking it was not filled; I have edited the subject line to state that this bond is indeed filled.

I have decided to repay my loans early. The following amounts have been sent:

Blueprint Seller- 6b + 480 mil
Irken Slushk- 3b + 240 mil

I have asked both of my investors to confirm that they have received the above amounts here. Once they have done so, this bond will be closed.
