I've been in gate camps before, I don't see how locking a ship and getting one volley off is a GF :)

And similary, fights with no clear winner, where both sides maybe lost stuff but could/would not continue the fight. "They got some, we got some, was fun!"

Good fight, is just something you say. It's a simple courtesy you extend another pilot even if the odds were against them.

I would probably consider it rude or sarcastic if you said it to someone in a hauler, but if the other person is looking for a fight or trying to fight back then its just common courtesy. It's like saying, you fought, and that's what counts.

Favorite was having an enemy undock right behind me at our HQ, take me out before I could get a shield up, and say "GF".

I had to lol and explain that half of GF is the word fight. If there isn't one then what was good about it?

But I said i would give him a second chance. Docked my pod, grabbed another ship. But by the time I undocked he was long gone. Still made sure to say "GF" in local.

Its ok to say gf if you had honorable fight but when 20 ppl say gf to 1guy that got ganked in 3sec, those people are just hypos trying to boost their own egos, by imagining they have honor after the "fight".

I usually say GF if it actually was, and I managed to do some damage before I got killed. If I just got Blapped, then I don't see the point, and it wasn't. If I just got Blapped and they say, I'm like, "yeah right.. dickwad."
