Issues, Workarounds & Localization

For some time now perhaps four, or five months when ever I logged on to update my skill queue I could never just press escape and leave the game, instead had to enter task manager and end it that way. This has been an issue with your client from what I've gathered from old posts for years. I opened a petition with no response, the only function Im getting out of my keyboard is chatting. Therefore doing any kind of pvp or low, null travel without these hotkeys available is not very easy to say the least, but mainly it's part of the game mechanics that aren't working. If its something on my end let me know, I didn't find any answers to this other than one guy saying he flashed his bios but it sounded like it returned.
