Never thought I would say that. But getting that plex back does help us a lot in a tournament with a payout for first that is about 1/4 that of the alliance tournament. EDIT: And has more matches maybe. Even though each match is about 75% of the value due to less points other factors keep the costs similar.

This tournament doesn't make a lot of sense in the risk/reward sense but the introduction of sponsors is a fantastic thing and I would like to see the trend continue in that direction of real money in addition to in-game prizes.

Hope this tournament is a huge success and more sponsors appear next time. . And my pre-condolences on everyone else fighting for second place. Because we are so dominant.


PS: Kick in like 300-500B worth of in-game crap for the top two spots next time. That might get you the extra 5 teams. You would not believe how expensive it is to be competetive, especially with bans. It "costs" nothing, unless I am on glue and don't see what negative effect that it would have on EVE.

CCP when you sorted SISI out did you just forget to update the mirror for it as its nearly 4 weeks behind so much for training your team on it with the right skill set with 10 days to go

This is excellent news! Particularly about future accommodations for tournament practicing. If this enables teams to practice safely and without all the hassle they have to go through now, we will see more people willing to participate, and more well-prepared teams.

Holyshit you guys sound like a bunch of whining 8itches . Instead of making constructive criticism or comments , You guys have to some here and act like god dam geeky children and cry about ****. Here's a thought , * Go put an application in , and see if you could do any better * , However im sure they only hire adults and less children.
