I was wondering, do people still pay for older toons with no employment history (except for the NPC corp)

The toon itself isn't really usefull seeing that he only has 756 510 SP (46 920 unallocated) but I have two of these on my account and wanted to see if it's worth anything before I decide to delete to make room for a transfer
