No more bonds for players?

As something have changed in this politic in this forum could some of investors start new bond to verify my subject

As trying to get information of possible consequences of such matter. Bellow few of my ideas

Should reduce amount of market operation inside market forum.
Might lower trust between player to player isk related operaton.
This will increase amount in game jita msg's in local

So is this market revolution comming?
