Solo Occupying a C4

My biggest complaint about living in WH is that my schedule can be a bit sporadic, and that having to wait for people to run sites in C5/6 is not ideal. I would honestly prefer it, but it just won't work out for me.

So, I've been thinking about soloing a C4, and have some questions:

1. I would be flying 3x Tengus and controlling them with isboxer. What is the most effective way to tank them for a C4? Can they be active tanked? Or would a RR fit work? Could I circle the RRs (a puts rep on b, b on c, and c on a)?

2. What kind of sites would I be able to run, would I be in danger of running out of sites, and how much isk/hr would you expect me to make on average (with a 4th character in a noctis salvaging).

3. What type of WH should I be looking for? If I RR fit, I would guess Cataclysmic, but is there anything else I should look into?

4. What type of POS should I use? What type of defenses should be on it? What other types of modules should be on it?

5. How active are C4s? Alongside bearing, I would really love if I could throw on my 100mn fits and do some roaming/pvp, and hopefully some people will come into mine looking for a fight.

6. How difficult is it to move stuff to a trade hub? With no k-space exits, what is the most efficient way to do it?

1. RR C5 total passive fits (except for the RR mod) will work for all anomalies
2. Above: all sites, the 4 scram wave in Radar/Mag may be too much dps. Maybe 4 sites an hour (approximately 400 million isk)
3. RR fit you can do none, cataclysmic, pulsar, or even black hole if you want
4. You should use a Large Tower with heavy defenses, but you could probably get by with a medium tower ECM'd to hell.
5. C4s are fairly inactive PVP zones; there's some incidental PVP when people do sites or you catch others doing sites, but usually very quiet compared to C2s or C3s.
6. Not difficult to move things to a trade hub if you use a C4->C4 or under (C3,C2,C1), as these will usually have nice K-space exits (C4-C4 you can hope for a C3 or C2 static in their wormhole).
