What is the best Sub-Cap Caldari PvP ship?

Hello Pilots, this is reffering to Caldari ships in general. When placed in a variety of situations, which Caldari ship can be utilized for maximum effectiveness in PvP? This includes all ships at all levels. I've heard rumors that the Naga is the best, and slight inklings that the Drake is good, too (although with the HML nerf this December, I doubt that it will be very good). I've also seen the Harpy do some nasty work.

Before you say "that's too general", just give me an idea of what Caldari ships have the potential to work the best in a PvP situation - gang, solo, big fleet, anything. Links to fits or fit ideas would also be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

But that is too general.

The Merlin is good in solo and small gang.
The Condor is good in solo and small gang, and can make good tackle for big fleets.
The Cormorant can work well in solo, small gang, and sniper Dessy fleets.
The Caracal is decent in small gangs or fleets as a big destroyer.
The Drake is meh solo, good in fleets and great in blobs.
The Naga is decent in solo, small gangs and fleets.
The Rokh is good in fleets and blobs.

The Harpy is good. In general.
The Hawk is good in solo/small gang work. Never tried it for anything bigger.
The Crow was good, and still is decent... but it's not worth the cash compared to the Condor.
The Flycatcher... well, it makes bubbles.
The Falcon is good for small gang, and limited fleet sizes.
The Onyx is a hictor, it also makes bubbles.

The Tengu's universally good.

These are my opinions, and some people may disagree. But this is my take on these ships.

I don't think that aside from the Tengu, the Caldari have a "one size fits all" ship, except maybe the Drake.

RIP Tengu.

Thx CCP -HM's are the real problem but no trust how this will be sorted, happy I can fly all of those T3's so I'll just jump on the next fun ship to actually have fun?!
Base idea for changes is good, it's how it's going to be implemented that worries me.

^^ this pretty much.

For years Caldari were called the PVE race and anyone wanting to PVP in caldari were laughed at now it's all valid.

I fly all races and enjoy all of them pretty equally with a slight edge going to caldari/amarr but I'm rekindling a fondness for duct tape and rust. The only race I don't fly regularly is gallente as I just don't 'get' there ships which are bigegr than frigs. Love their frigs tho' Lol

Thanks for the input! I've seen the Tengu do some nasty things, but the DPS worries me a bit, as does the upcoming HM nerf. Keep the suggestions coming.
