Anathema bugged for WH collapse?

It's the second time in a row i try to collapse a critical WH with my anathema.

From what i know, the ship have 28 k m3, so it's 56 k m3 both ways.

Now, what's my situation...the WH is a static 0.0, with seemed to me to have 3 mil m3...

So, i've been doint the BS way to collapse , and the hole became critical when i jumped on the other way, meaning 300 k m3 left , i jumped back with 150 k m3 mass...then went 4 more trips with anathema, ( 4*56=224 k m3) and its still on.

Last time it was the same situation and i went 7 times both ways.

Anyone else experiencing this kind of problem?

1/10

in case serious: wh can have a 10% deviation on mass, so your calculations are off. Also, if you jump in a wh with a battleship it means it has LESS then 300 left, not 300. with an ab/mws bs this can be anything from 299 t0 151

You're looking at your ship's volume, not its mass. The mass of an Anathema is 1810000 kilograms, or 1.8 kilotons. You only put about sixteen kilotons on the hole in four round trips.

Nope. You shouldn't fit more than two generators, imo. Your mass is reduced enough with two. Otherwise you're using a 300mil ISK ship for closing WHs only, unless you're willing to bring to a fight an undertanked HIC. That ACR can be a Trimark and that RCU a plug in your resist hole.

To extrapolate on what the hic does

The bubbles reduce your ship to below the size of a frig (check their stats)

100mn increases your mass to half the size of a battleship.

In the event that you can't fly a devoter a 100mn cruiser does the same job, just not with the same safety.

---- OR ----

Crit Hole Closing For Dummies Lol :-

1. Train an shiny new alt for Miny Cruiser 3 and Afterburner 1 - approx 3 days training from scratch.

2. Buy your alt a Rupture and fit it with a 100MN Afterburner 1 - Cost around 9 to 10 mill (insure the ship if you like)

3. Use the alt in his mighty Rupture to jump out light (A/B off) and jump back heavy (A/B on) - you only have an approx 1 in 7 chance that you'll end up on the wrong side of the hole. So the odds are with you unless you've offended Bob lately.

4. If Bob hates you and you're on the wrong side, then self destruct and suicide out, then bring a new Rupture the next time you have a route in

5. Get a few corp mates to do the same and you will have a few spare hole closing suicide alts ready when needed.

6. This method is a great for closing crit holes where you may get ganked too.

7. You might want to keep the alts in a NPC corp so any loss mails dont go against your corp, if so then just log them out in a safe spot in your system until needed.

I was going to basic educate this guy, but it has been done.

I prefer stabbers or omens, as they are (typically) cheaper. I have also seen 10MN Anathema fits so you can spend hours of tedium getting yourself out of the doodoo instead of blowing up a cheapass cruiser.

Also, if you get your scrub alt trapped in null, just set jita on AP and see if you make it. I did it with a raven once, and a Stabber another time. Be brave.

WHAT!!!! Rinse your mouth out!!!

The Stabber is a graceful and elegant gentlemans ship of war, the Omen is pretty and gold plated too.

Nope! the chicken headed Rupture is plenty good enough for some scrub alt to pop holes with!

Please leave the others for gentlemen pilots only!

P.S. times must be tough in SAA if you're coppering up for the difference between a stabber and a rupture P

Thanks for the like BTW

Tip: Setting your medical clone to Jita will make this process guaranteed to work. Every time! You will end up in Jita.
