Arazu + Webifier Drones?

So I was being an EFT warrior and trying to kind up with some ideas for my Arazu. My biggest issue with the Arazu is balancing speed, tank, and cap.

My preferred fit is one faction long point and 2 phased muon damps for tackling lone targets and calling in the cavalry. The damps are good in theory for denying the target from targeting you but the Arazu is kind of a brick in my opinion so if your target is faster than you, he can escape or just charge you. So I usually fit the low slots with a mix of nano's, overdrives, and cap relays (and a DCII). This helps keep the speed and agility up so you can dictate range, the DCII gives you more tank for the 2 LSE's in the mids, and you end up with about 1m 45s worth the cap with the damps, point, and MWD running. Not convinced if that's enough cap though but another relay makes you even slower. The speed I end up with is 1815m/s(2585m/s OH) with one nano, one overdrive, and one cap relay (2nd cap relay brings the cap to 3m 9s). Not the fastest bird out there.

So I took a look at the webbing drones. They are a bit thin on tank and not very fast, plus they suffer stacking penalties. That being said, they might be a useful tool for this Arazu setup. The idea is to use 2 light web drones for their speed (3000m/s) to catch the target apply a bit of webbing to allow the 3 mediums to catch up. The stacking penalty is crappy but once the mediums apply the webs, their higher % trumps the lights in the math and allows for decent slowing to help the Arazu keep range. In the case of the Arazu, speed goes from 1815 to 1650 with 2 lights webbing it, or from 1815 to 1579 with 2 lights bonused from T2 web-drone rigs. The medium drones are going 2500m/s and catch up, then the speed drops to 1380m/s or 1213m/s rigged. 1815m/s to 1213m/s--that's about a 33% speed reduction with two T2 rigs, not bad for drones.

I think this allows the Arazu to more safely tackle a wider range of targets and still dictate range. A smart adversary will pop the drones but it will at least buy you some more time for your friends to land on grid.

Let me know what you think.

... Maybe get a faction scram, too, and once the target closes in, just turn off his mwd? with OH a True Sansha scrambler on an All V Arazu gets out to 27km before links. With only one LSE and 2 Phased Muon Sensor Damps, you'll damp him for roughly 75% of his locking range. So unless he is in a recon or some other high-targeting range ship, you shouldn't have any problems at keeping him at range.

You might argue, that you only have 1 LSE and your tank is ****, but the trick is not to get targeted, scrammed and webbed anyways. And once another tackle arrives on grid, just hit cloak and your job is done.

And webbing drones suck, really. You could try using 3 small and a Heavy one, as because of stacking pens the heavy is definately the way to go, and hope that it will help keeping the target away, but you could also just throw out ECM drones and hope they jam him so he won't catch you either.
