I know this has been addressed before but unfortunately those threads are locked. After a grueling 20 hour down load I was all set to play and then I end up with this ****. Now I have an active account, the game installed on my PC and no ability to train skills. I saw some DEV post that there was away around the SM3 issue if your computer meets the requirements for ram/speed and windows versions but they didn't go into an detail on how to set this up. To bad all the stores that would sell video cards are closed around here.
My biggest issue is starting up skill training.
