PL to stop selling moon minerals on open market

Apparently PL is disallowing the practice of personal and corp tech moons, and plan on an embargo. Considering the sheer number of moons they control, seems as though this will have an impact on open market T2 prices.

Post not even an hour old. This should be entertaining!

We'll see if they can reverse the short term decline in tech prices over the past month. A little discipline among tech sellers should be interesting for the market. Assuming PL actually has made (or even can make) this particular decision.
